Filtering anger

Have been going out to enjoy the Colorado trails in the fall, before I move to Florida. Big changes come with a LOT of emotions. a blend of them actually, and I’m marinating them so I can taste them one by one.

Fall is my favorite season of the year, it always brings a natural flow of change. An organic taste of letting go and surrender to the winter (our internal winter).

Hiking or going out to nature, I connect to so much creativity. All the ideas that I need to push out to my world, come to my head at once. This days, however I have been connecting and exploring my anger and resentment a little deeper.

I have been filtering anger, masking it over to avoid negativity in my everyday life. I’m going through so many aggressive changes in my life, and adding anger did not seem like a good idea to explore love and compassion. But little did I explore the option to let that anger really be and go. To let it go, we need to explore it and not avoid it-basic theory but so hard to do. We need to really connect to it, feel it sense it, touch it to really understand it.  When situations do not unfold as expected it is natural to feel anger or resentment when life does not unfold as expected. We consciously or unconsciously have so many expectation for our life, and from those around us, we anticipate and grieve for the loss of it when the god, universe, angels, energy puts something else in our lives that replace it, or take attention from it. WE NEED TO WORK and not avoid our anger. WE NEED TO FACE it and understand it, to learn it. This lessons that are there to be learned are the once that we really need to look at. STOP IGNORING ANGER.

While I was hiking, is when I realized how much I was avoiding, not just the feeling the sensation of anger, but I did not want to go there and explore it. I was afraid of what I was going to find, but what I found was just the link, the information I need it to STOP my patters to continue for my future. I was afraid to explore the solution. So GO to the anger find that SOLUTION.

I can’t change my past, but it’s fall so I’m connecting and surrendering to letting go of it. I’m committed to learn from it before I release it. I want to, for the first time to honor nature’s way of flowing and connect to that organic flow of life.

Go out, connect to nature’s flow. Allow it to show the organic way of life, the way we should off done it in the first place. Release yourself from guilt for not showing up to their party the way they expected, and own your ways. Be gentle to yourself, and allow your journey to be yours, not theirs. Your lessons are just yours to learn, so accept your flow to guide you and let theirs to be their lesson and flow.

Welcome Fall and winter with love and warmth in your heart my friend. Find love everywhere it is available for you and give love to those in need for it. DO NO SHOT DOWN or CLOSE YOUR HEART to you life.
